No exceptions to maximum number of persons allowed in a cottage.

Additional Persons (including children): $6.00 per day or $36.00 per week. Porta-cribs available at no charge.

Weekly Rates: You pay for 6 nights, the 7th night is free.

Deposit Required: Reservations for which a deposit is not received promptly are subject to cancellation.

Balance of reservation to be paid on arrival. Guests are responsible for reservations made. No refund for early departure or late arrival.NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Checks welcome.

Deposit Refunds: Deposits will be refunded only if the entire time reserved is filled by another guest.

Reunions: Due to the severe impact that a cancellation of several cottages would have, our policy is that when three (3) or more units are reserved by a family or group, full payment for all units must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival. In addition, no refunds will be made unless the entire time reserved is filled by another guest, no matter how much cancellation notice is given.

Length of Stay by Advance Reservation:June, July, Aug. - 5 night minimum (Arrival or Departure on a Saturday or Sunday) • March, April, May, Sept., Oct., Nov. - 3 night minimum • Shorter stays (not less than 2 nights) will only be accepted on a space available basis. As always, we will be happy to take shorter stays if space is available.
