Allow us to paint a picture for you. It’s a Friday afternoon, you’ve been juggling the struggle of re-establishing routines, navigating home school, and the pressures of work. You’re reaching for your second venti iced coffee (heavy cream, no classic syrup) as you glance at the time—2:47 PM.
What you need in this moment is some #selfcare. You reach for your phone and pull up the group text with your best girls and send one message:
Let’s imagine your weekend getaway filled with two of your favorite things: Branson shows and shopping. Sounds like a dream? Let’s make it a reality because Branson is open!
A Morning at The Radisson
You and the girls check in at the front desk of The Radisson Hotel and head up the elevator to your rooms. As you exit onto the 9th floor and open the door to your room, you’re greeted by the incredible view of the famous Branson 76 strip. You settle in and rest up for a fun-filled weekend. After a great night’s rest and sleepy start to the day at, it’s time to get fueled up for your day in the Ozarks.
Ready for breakfast?
Brunch Out and About
At the recommendation of the friendly local at the front desk, you head out for brunch at Sugar Leaf Bakery and Cafe, located in the Grand Village Shops. As you enter the adorable cafe, you quickly realize you’ve come to the right place. Yummy treats and specialty drinks abound , and the atmosphere is just dreamy. You order and start planning our your next stops.
Let the Shopping Spree Commence!
After you’ve had your fill, it’s time to peruse the stores of the Grand Village Shoppes. First on the list is Mulberry Mill, a quaint shop filled with kitchen gadgets and recipes. You grab some must haves and check out the other specialty shops including the famous Kringles Christmas Market before heading across the street.
Tanger Outlet Mall is one of the top shopping stops for Branson and as you pull in, you start to see why. Over 70 stores including some of your favorite brands like Nike, Vera Bradley, Old Navy, Under Armour, Coach, Bath & Body Works and more line the outdoor mall. You and the girls exchange knowing smiles as you exit the car to begin your shopping adventure.
Let’s Grab Dinner.
As you return to the car, loaded down with bags from all your finds (hey—you had a coupon!) you discuss your next shop stop: the Branson Landing. No trip to Branson would be complete without a stop at the beautiful lakeside shopping complex, the Branson Landing, home to some of America’s favorites such as Guy Fieri’s Kitchen, Bass Pro Shops, and Paula Deen’s. As dinnertime is approaching, you decide patio margaritas at Cantina Laredo sound like the perfect way to spend happy hour and chow down on a delicious dinner. On your way back to the car, you stop by more of your favorites: Chico’s, Maurices, Versona and H&M.
Now that dinner is over, it’s time to hit one of Branson’s hottest shows!
It’s Showtime
You enter the theater and are immediately greeted by a friendly smile as you grab your tickets. The incredible smell of freshly popped corn is beckoning as you glance through the charming gift shop. As you take your seats and the lights begin to dim, you glance over at your friends. A genuine smile breaks across your face as you realize how precious moments like these are. You hear the announcement, “Ladies and Gentleman, please put your hands together for Legends in Concert!”
