Giveaway FAQ

1. How do I enter? Complete the Giveaway Entry Form above and submit it before the giveaway ends. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number so that we can notify you if you win. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive giveaway-related and marketing communications from Branson.com and our affiliated businesses, which may include text messages.
2. When will the prize be awarded? The Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or before April 15th, 2027, of the giveaway entries received. The Winner will be notified via the phone number and/or email address provided on the Giveaway Entry Form and will have 30 (Thirty) days after that email is sent to confirm and accept. The Gift Card for the winner is to be mailed/shipped to the Winner, via shipping method to be determined based on the address provided upon notification of winning within ten (10) working days after the Winner’s confirmation by Branson.com. Shipping is limited to addresses within the continental United States. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

Entering: Branson Vacation Giveaway January 1, 2027, and ends March 31, 2027. To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form with complete contact information.

Eligibility: Open to all US residents 28 years or older. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law and state licensing and/or registration requirements were not met. Employees of the Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, sand subsidiaries and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter to win.

Limit: Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Grand Prize: $1000.00 Branson.com Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1000. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or a portion of) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sold discretion.

Winning: Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or before April 15, 2027 at the sponsors’ location to select one winner. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to the winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery. The selected prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will remain unawarded. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholding resulting from prize. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received or 1 in 10,000.

General Rules: This form and the entries made on it are the exclusive property of Lifetime Destinations, Branson.com and its affiliates and any use by unauthorized parties without the express consent of the sponsor is prohibited. Entrants agree to be contacted by telephone (including wireless numbers if provided), email or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sales of timeshare intervals and/or vacation packages. Entrant acknowledges that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state, or federal no call list.
