Join Branson in ringing in the holiday season with the 76th Annual Adoration Parade and Lighting Ceremony! This year’s beloved event takes place on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 5:00 p.m (parade starts around 5:30 PM)., beginning with the highly anticipated lighting of the iconic Adoration Nativity Scene.
A Festive Tradition Since 1948
Since its inception, the Adoration Parade has celebrated the true meaning of Christmas—a testament to faith, hope, and goodwill that unites the Branson community. This year’s event promises to continue the annual tradition with a captivating blend of entertainment, music, and holiday spirit.
Parade Highlights
Spectators are in for a treat as the Branson Adoration Parade winds through Historic Downtown Branson, filling the air with the festive sounds of local high school marching bands and showcasing beautifully decorated floats. Crafted by area churches, schools, and community organizations — these floats embody the heart and soul of the Branson community and the festive Christmas spirit of the area.
And, of course, no holiday parade would be complete without Santa Claus himself! Keep your eye out for him during the parade! There might even be a grinch or two in the mix!
Where to Watch
The parade will begin at the Branson Convention Center’s south parking lot, then make its way along Commercial Street through Historic Downtown Branson. Spectators can find prime viewing spots along Commercial Street for the best views of the marching bands, colorful floats, and festive scenes. Bring a folding chair if needed!
