This month’s “Branson Star Recipe” comes to us from Todd Bradshaw of  Legends in Concert in Branson, MO. Todd does a fantastic job impersonating Country great, Kenny Chesney. Those of us at Branson Tourism Center and Branson.Com felt it was time for a fantastic dessert, and Todd did not disappoint us with this delicious Key Lime Pie.
What better time to prepare a cool, yummy treat like “Key Lime Pie”, but Summer Time! Go grab the ingredients to this new favorite of ours and start enjoying the last days of Summer.
In a large bowl combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
For best results, refrigerate for 24 hours, but if not possible refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
