This super easy, super decadent chocolate cake was brought in to our offices by the Lennon Sisters. Â They shared with us that it was a recipe that their mother Isabelle (Sis) always used to make.
Mom Lennon's Chocolate Bundt Cake
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients except chocolate chips at low speed 30 seconds.
Scrape sides of bowl, then mix at medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
Add chocolate chips and mix at low speed for 30 seconds.
Pour batter in to lightly oiled or Teflon bundt pan.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes (until inserted tooth pick comes out clean). Chips will be gooey.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or melt additional chocolate chips with a touch of water and drizzle over cake.
