Mom Lennon’s Chocolate Bundt Cake

This super easy, super decadent chocolate cake was brought in to our offices by the Lennon Sisters.  They shared with us that it was a recipe that their mother Isabelle (Sis) always used to make.

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients except chocolate chips at low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape sides of bowl, then mix at medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix at low speed for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour batter in to lightly oiled or Teflon bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 50 - 55 minutes (until inserted tooth pick comes out clean). Chips will be gooey.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or melt additional chocolate chips with a touch of water and drizzle over cake.
