Nobody appreciates veterans more than Branson! Every year from November 5-11, we proudly host Branson’s Veterans Homecoming Week, America’s largest Veterans Day celebration. This event presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn from, honor, and reconnect with veterans from around the nation.

Below, you will find information and resources, both local to Branson and nationwide, that may be of service to every veteran.  This page will continually be updated as new information or events are created in the Branson, Missouri, area.

Veterans' Week 2022 Events in Branson, MO

November 5th:  

Opening Ceremonies, Americana Theater, 2905 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO 5 pm-6:30 pm –NO admittance charge. Open to all veterans and their families. No reservations are required. For information, contact Dee at 870-421-3511.

 

November 6th: 

Sunday Worship Service with Barbara Fairchild, Baldknobbers Theatre, 645 HWY 165, Branson, MO, 10 am.

Vietnam Veterans Reunion, Stone Castle, 3050 Green Mountain Dr, Branson, MO 1 pm – 4 pm 
Hot lunch, entertainment, door prizes, and lots of time to talk.

 

November 7th: 

Sandbox Party, Mel’s Hard Luck Diner at 2800 W 76 Country Blvd Branson, MO 8:30 am-10 am Mel’s Hard Luck Diner in the Grand Village is providing breakfast for those who’ve served in the Gulf War or after. NO admittance charge.

Veterans Show, Clay Cooper Theatre, 3216 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO — Tickets to the 10 AM Hot Rods & High Heels 1950’s show will be $20 each. That ticket will also reserve your seat for lunch and the afternoon Veterans Show. Seating for lunch and the afternoon show is not guaranteed if an advance ticket has not been purchased. Reservations 417-332-2529.

Homefront Hero’s (Spouses) Salute, Stone Castle, 3050 Green Mountain Dr, Branson, MO 4 – 6 pm —Join us for entertainment after Clay Cooper’s Show for gifts and door prizes

 

November 8th: 

POW/MIA Service of Remembrance, Branson Hillside (Welk Resort), 192 State Highway 165 Branson, MO, 8 am — Outdoors at Vietnam Memorial Wall, weather permitting – will move inside if weather is extreme. No admittance charge, public welcome.

Women Veterans Rose Petal Ceremony, Westgate Resort, 2201 Roark Valley Road, Branson, MO 11 am.

WWII and Korean War Veterans Mini Reunion, Stone Castle, 3050 Green Mountain Dr, Branson, MO 2 pm-4 pm — Coffee, dessert, door prizes. No admittance charge.

Medics, Nurses, and Combat Vets Mini-Reunion, Grand Pavilion at the Westgate Resort, 2201 Roark Valley Road, Branson, MO, 2 pm–4 pm. Join your brothers and sisters in arms for a time of bonding and fellowship.

 

November 9th:

10th Annual Navy Memorial Service, Grand Pavilion at the Westgate Resort, 2201 Roark Valley Road, Branson, MO 8:30 am — Public bell tolling ceremony to honor the lives and service of Naval shipmates. Please join us for this free service at 8:30 am for coffee and entertainment, followed by the service, which will begin at 9:00 am.

26th Annual Military Gala & Banquet Chateau on the Lake, 415 N State Hwy 265, Branson, MO 5 pm-11 pm
All branches, all wars welcome, public invited: dinner, USMC Birthday Cake Cutting, Dancing, Fireworks, Entertainment. Business attire, after five uniforms, Mess Dress, formal wear, please. $55 a person.

November 10th: 

13th Annual Tribute to the Veterans Show, Mansion Theatre, 189 Expressway Ln, Branson, MO, Branson, MO 8:30 am-11 am; The pre-show will start at 8:30 a.m., with the show beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event will be co-hosted by the incredibly talented Barbara Fairchild and Roy Morris again this year!

Veterans Day Sunrise Service, College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, MO – 7:00 a.m.

Annual Veterans Day Parade – Downtown – 11 am.
