Each year, locals and visitors come together to honor veterans through special memorial services and events in Branson. The city also proudly hosts Branson’s Veterans Homecoming Week, one of the nation’s most significant tributes to those who have served.

Upcoming Branson Veteran Events

Veterans Show at Clay Cooper Theatre

November 10 Clay Cooper Theatre is honored to host the Veterans Show on Monday November 10, 2025. This special event will take place in the afternoon following the Hot Rods & High Heels show. Tickets for the 10 AM Hot Rods & High Heels 1950s show also includes a reserved seat for lunch and the afternoon Veterans Show.

Veterans Celebration Show

November 5 This year’s special Veterans show will be held at the Pepsi Legends Theater and will celebrate freedom and community. The event will feature a performance by the acclaimed a cappella group, SIX, with the show beginning at 2 PM.

Veterans Village

November 5-10 Veterans Village is visited by thousands of military veterans, active troops, first responders and many other patriots during Veterans Week in Branson each year. The village includes an entertaining dayroom, patriotic vendors, and a mess hall. This is a favorite gathering place for get togethers, reunions and group photos. Event is Open Daily from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Service of Remembrance

November 6 The POW/MIA Service of Remembrance will be held at Veterans Grove on the campus of College of the Ozarks, honoring those who were prisoners of war and those still missing in action. This solemn and meaningful service will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.

Women Veterans Rose Petal Ceremony

TBA The Rose Petal Ceremony, honoring female veterans, will return to the Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center during Veterans Week. Admission is free for female veterans, but tickets must be reserved in advance; guest tickets can be purchased online and scanned at entry. At this time, no official date for this event has been announced or confirmed. Stay tuned though as we will keep this page as updated as we can moving forward!

Sandbox Party at Mel's Hard Luck Diner

November 7 Mel's Hard Luck Diner, located in the Grand Village offers a complimentary breakfast for veterans who have served in the Gulf War or more recent conflicts from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.

Veterans Day Sunrise Service

November 11 College of the Ozarks Patriotic flag-raising ceremony that will take place on the campus of the school at the Chapel Flagpole, 7 AM. The Veterans Day Sunrise is set to offer a heartfelt tribute to those who have served our nation.

This early morning ceremony, set against the serene backdrop of the College campus, provides a solemn and reflective start to the day, honoring the sacrifices and bravery of veterans.

Annual Branson Veterans Day Parade

November 11 The annual Branson Veterans Day Parade will take place on November 11, 2025, in downtown Branson, Missouri with things kicking off at 11 AM! This cherished tradition honors veterans with a procession of floats, marching bands, and military vehicles, celebrating their service and sacrifice. The parade, which draws both locals and visitors, is a key event in Branson's Veterans Week festivities, reflecting the community's deep respect for those who have served in the armed forces.

Wreaths Across America

December 13 Join us in honoring our local heroes by sponsoring wreaths for veterans laid to rest at Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery and a second Branson-area cemetery. This heartfelt effort aims to cover more than 1,200 gravesites, ensuring that each veteran is remembered and honored during the holiday season. Tax-deductible donations help fund the wreaths, and community volunteers are encouraged to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony—a powerful way to give thanks and pay tribute to those who served. Your support makes a lasting impact.
