Veterans Week in Branson, MO

Each year, locals and visitors come together to honor veterans through special memorial services and events in Branson. The city also proudly hosts Branson’s Veterans Homecoming Week, one of the nation’s most significant tributes to those who have served.

Veterans Show at Clay Cooper Theatre

November 9 Clay Cooper Theatre is honored to host the Veterans Show on Monday November 9, 2026. This special event will take place in the afternoon following the Hot Rods & High Heels show. Tickets for the 10 AM Hot Rods & High Heels 1950s show also includes a reserved seat for lunch and the afternoon Veterans Show.

Veterans Village

November 5-10 Veterans Village is visited by thousands of military veterans, active troops, first responders and many other patriots during Veterans Week in Branson each year. The village includes an entertaining dayroom, patriotic vendors, and a mess hall. This is a favorite gathering place for get togethers, reunions and group photos. Event is Open Daily from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Dedication of POW/MIA Memorial

November 5 Veterans Week observances will conclude with the dedication ceremony of the POW/MIA Memorial at Patriots Park, taking place at 2:00 p.m. on the College of the Ozarks campus. The event is open to the public.

Women Veterans Rose Petal Ceremony

November 7 The annual Women Veterans Rose Petal Ceremony and Luncheon, hosted by the Branson Veterans Task Force, honors and recognizes the contributions, service, and ultimate sacrifices of women veterans in defense of the nation and its freedoms. The event provides an opportunity for the community to remember and celebrate the courage, dedication, and lasting legacy of women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Event will take place at Westgate Branson at the Grand Pavilion.

November 7 Mel's Hard Luck Diner, located in the Grand Village offers a complimentary breakfast for veterans who have served in the Gulf War or more recent conflicts from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.

November 11 College of the Ozarks Patriotic flag-raising ceremony that will take place on the campus of the school at the Chapel Flagpole, 7 AM. The Veterans Day Sunrise is set to offer a heartfelt tribute to those who have served our nation.

This early morning ceremony, set against the serene backdrop of the College campus, provides a solemn and reflective start to the day, honoring the sacrifices and bravery of veterans.

November 11 The annual Branson Veterans Day Parade will take place on November 11, 2026, in downtown Branson, Missouri with things kicking off at 11 AM! Wreaths Across America

December 13 Join us in honoring our local heroes by sponsoring wreaths for veterans laid to rest at Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery and a second Branson-area cemetery. This heartfelt effort aims to cover more than 1,200 gravesites, ensuring that each veteran is remembered and honored during the holiday season. Tax-deductible donations help fund the wreaths, and community volunteers are encouraged to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony—a powerful way to give thanks and pay tribute to those who served.
