The show celebrates the music of Neil Sedaka, a legendary songwriter whose music was made famous by groups like the Carpenters and Captain & Tennille. "Stupid Cupid," "Solitaire," "Lonely Nights," "Calendar Girl" and "Laughter in the Rain" are a few of the songs you can expect to hear at the show.
Lee Hendrix and Deana Edwards are the performers in The Sedaka Songbook. Lee is the master of ceremonies, pianist and vocalist for the show, and Deana is a vocalist. When not performing in The Sedaka Songbook, Lee tours with Mickey Gilley, a country music star. Deana performs with her husband in another popular Branson show called "Absolutely Country, Definitely Gospel."
You can catch The Sedaka Songbook on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at the Majestic. This show is appropriate for kids of all ages, and children ages 16 and under receive free admission. Performances run for approximately two hours, and seating is available for wheelchair users and customers with mobility aids.
